It can be a difficult decision to make the initial step to contact a counsellor. You may be feeling confused, distressed, alone or anxious and need someone other than family or friends to speak to. It could be because of something that happened in the past, or a specific current issue.
Whatever your reason, counselling offers you the opportunity to take some time for yourself to step back and look at your life.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a wide range of skills to help my clients explore and understand their feelings, thoughts and behaviour so they are able to make positive life changes when they are ready to do so. I believe that all of us have the potential to grow and change, so my aim is to empower people to live fuller, happier lives.

Therapies offered are:

Psychodynamic & Family System
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Transactional Analysis (TA)

I also offer creative ways of working, using writing, drawing, images, sand tray and sculpting.

My work is confidential and non-judgemental and as a Registered, Accredited counsellor, I abide by the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy).
